Additional charges for electricity and water
Electricity and water are included in your stay within reasonable usage limits. To ensure fair use, we apply the following guidelines:

• 20 kWh of electricity
Included per stay:
• 2 m³ of water
Under normal usage, 20 kWh of electricity per day is more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. If consumption exceeds these amounts, the following rates apply:
• $0.35 per additional kWh of electricity
• $5.00 per additional m³ of water
A security deposit of $200 is required for your stay. Any excess electricity or water consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out.
We encourage our guests to use electricity and water responsibly to help avoid additional charges. Together, we can contribute to a more sustainable stay while keeping costs manageable for everyone.
