The open kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare your own meals during your stay. Everything you need is available for a relaxed, independent holiday.

Additional charges for electricity and water
Electricity and water are included in your stay within a reasonable usage limit. To ensure fair use, the following guidelines apply:

If consumption exceeds these amounts, the following rates apply:
$0.35 per additional kWh of electricity
$5.00 per additional m³ of water
A security deposit of $295 is required for your stay. Any excess usage will be deducted from the deposit at check-out.
