Welcome to Dushi Kas, a spacious and charming villa located in the peaceful neighborhood of Harmonie, near Grote Berg on Curaçao. Here you can enjoy plenty of space, privacy, and the wonderful outdoor lifestyle of Curaçao.
Dushi Kas is ideal for families, friends, or couples vacationing together. The property consists of a spacious main villa with three bedrooms and a separate studio with a jacuzzi. Outside, you’ll find a lovely private pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable lounge. From the upper floor, you can also enjoy a stunning view of the sea.
Space & Comfort
Upon arrival, you can easily park your car under the covered carport. From here, you enter the villa.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals during your vacation. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor area, allowing you to move easily from inside to outside.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy dining table and a comfortable living area with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. For longer stays, there’s a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor.
The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable and features a private en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and large sliding doors leading to the balcony. Open the doors, step outside, and enjoy the Caribbean air and the view.
The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom and are ideal for children, family members, or friends.
The Ultimate Outdoor Living Experience
Outdoor living is a key part of Dushi Kas. On the upper floor, there is a spacious outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable lounge set.
Start your day peacefully with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, prepare a delicious meal in the outdoor kitchen in the evening, or enjoy a drink together as the sun slowly sets.
In between, take a refreshing dip in the private mineral/magnesium pool and enjoy the view of the sea.
Separate studio with private jacuzzi
There is a separate studio on the ground floor. This studio is ideal for guests who want a little extra privacy, such as a couple, family members, or friends traveling together.
The studio features its own sleeping area and a private jacuzzi. A wonderful place to unwind after a day on Curaçao.
Accommodates up to 8 people
The standard nightly rate at Dushi Kas is based on a maximum of 6 guests.
Would you like to stay with 7 or 8 people? That’s possible. The additional guests can then use the separate studio on the ground floor.
For each person beyond the first 6, a surcharge applies per person per night. For a stay with 7 or 8 people, the studio is used as an additional sleeping area, ensuring everyone can stay comfortably.

Grote Berg is centrally located on Curaçao, making it easy to reach various parts of the island from the villa. You can easily drive to Willemstad, the beaches on the southwest coast, and the beautiful nature and beaches near Westpunt.
There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities in the area. The airport is also easily accessible.
Beach lovers can visit Kokomo Beach, Daaibooi, Cas Abao, and Porto Mari, among others. Want to spend a day in the city? Willemstad and popular neighborhoods like Pietermaai, Mambo Beach, and Jan Thiel are also easily accessible by car.
